Cancellation Policy
All services include the entire cabin which sleeps 6 comfortably. NO SMOKING in the cabin and NO PETS. Cars an vehicles without trailers stay to the right driveway and trucks with trailers stay to the left. If the burn pit is used, please be responsible with the fire. The left side is a circle drive around the barn and park to unload in the back. Plenty of room to unload in the back. Upon departure from your stay guests can put trash in the large trash can in the shed beside the cabin. Please only leave trash accumulated during your stay. DO NOT wash your wheelers at the cabin. DO NOT play or drive on the bluff beside the cabin. The rocks are loose and dangerous. DO NOT throw table scraps outside as it will draw in wildlife. We provide a charcoal grill/charcoal located in the shed next to the cabin. If guests dump ashes from charcoal grill please empty them on the gravel driveway and not in the grass. If the cabin is left a disaster, the card on file for the booking will be charged a fee for the damages. Fees will depend on damage.
